West Haven Sailors With Tough Game Against Danbury LakeHounds

West Haven Sailors couldn't keep up with Danbury LakeHounds and fell 6-0 on Monday at Rogers Park.
Danbury LakeHounds got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Thailer Sestokas singled to center field, and Jackson Ciccone grounded out, each scoring one run.
Max Jarvie earned the win for Danbury LakeHounds. The hurler allowed three hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out eight and walking two. Collin Tenney took the loss for West Haven Sailors. The starter went four innings, surrendering three runs on six hits, striking out three and walking none.
Derek Porto, Tim Capp, and B Hersh each collected one hit for West Haven Sailors. West Haven Sailors turned two double plays in the game. West Haven Sailors didn't commit a single error in the field. Brandon Chung had the most chances in the field with eight.
Danbury LakeHounds tallied nine hits in the game. Matt Wallin and Ciccone were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Danbury LakeHounds while hitting back-to-back. Will Granata and Luke Ciccone were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in two runs for Danbury LakeHounds.
